Refer a young person · schools, counsellors, courts

Drop-in: always room. Mentoring: 3 places open.

Nobody needs a referral to walk in. A referral matters for a mentor match, which has a waiting list when the places are full. The number here comes from the mentoring sheet staff keep; when it reaches zero this page says waitlist.
WhoWho can refer: a teacher, a school counsellor, a social worker, a probation officer, a coach, a pastor, a neighbour. Or the young person themselves. What we do with it: call the parent or guardian first, then meet the young person here, then decide together.
What the form asksThe form asks: who you are, how to reach you, the young person’s first name and age, and what you think would help. It never asks: for a diagnosis, a record, a grade, a status, or the reason in detail. Tell us that in person if it matters.
